Slightly crunchy outside, tender crumb inside with the sweetness of shredded carrots, plump golden raisins and delectable pecan pieces. Not overly sweet. Wonderfully satisfying with coffee or tea or a glass of milk. Great for Sunday morning, mid-afternoon or a modest before dinner kid snack… and healthy ingredients.
