(8 oz.) Eight ounces of a moist, tender banana bread. The bread is extra special with the addition of sour cream to very ripe bananas which gives this bread a good flavor and texture. The pan is dusted with cinnamon sugar so the first bite includes a burst of flavor. Very good plain or toasted, buttered or slathered in cream cheese. Re-heat gently in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes if desired.
