Mountain Meadows Sausage – Ground

Mountain Meadows Sausage – Ground – is produced from pigs that are pasture raised.  In addition to whole corn and what they find in the pasture the pigs drink lots of milk for my Jersey cows.  The Sausage is a Breakfast Blend with a little Sage added.  It is frozen in vacuum packed bags.  The ground sausages can be made into patties or used in recipes. Each package is approximately 1 pound.
