Freshly made Sour Dough Bread is made with a special starter that had its origins in San Francisco. Enjoy fresh or toasted or as a sandwich bread. It also freezes well. If you have the left over cut into cubes and blend with Olive Oil, herbs, Parmesan Cheese and toast for great crotons. The Large Loaf is aprox. 1 lb. 10 oz.
